For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Eventos Minuto X Minuto, S. A. de C. V., hereinafter referred to as “MXM”, with address at Pedregal 24 Piso 3 S-300 Col. Molino del Rey, Mexico City, 11040 shall be responsible for processing your personal information.

MXM agrees to take all the reasonable measures to ensure the personal information that has been obtained is kept private and safe. We collect information such as contact details (name, company, address, phone number and/or email) provided by you upon registration, while completing a survey, answering a question or otherwise engaging with MXM. Notwithstanding the specific purposes served by special Privacy Notices made available to you, any and all information shall be used to contact you, to provide you with our products and/or services, to perform MXM’s business activities that are part of our business relations, or otherwise for statistical purposes. Your refusal to have your personal information used for these purposes may not be considered a reason that precludes you from obtaining the products and/or services you may eventually request from and/or hire with us.

While browsing our Website, you agree to have undetected information collected that reports different data, which will include, but not be limited to, the type of browser, type of OS, pages visited, hyperlinks or IP address linked to other websites, all of which can be disabled or erased. If that is the case, you are advised to read your browser’s Directions of Use.

You have the right to know what type of personal information we have from you, how we use that information, and the conditions of use you have with us (Access). You also have the right to ask to get your personal information corrected should you find your information to be outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification). You also have the right to ask for the deletion of your information from our records or databases should you think your information is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations listed in the Regulations (Cancelation). You also have the right to oppose the use of your personal information for specific purposes (Opposition). All of these rights are known as ARCO Rights. Moreover, you can withdraw your consent as per the assumptions listed in the applicable Regulations.

To exercise any of your ARCO Rights or to withdraw your consent, you shall submit a request at (email protected). Conversely, you may also submit a written request that must be sent to our physical address.

In the event you wish to exercise your Access, Rectification, Cancelation, and Opposition Rights concerning the information that has been provided or collected, you may do so at the following address as provided by MXM: (email protected). Your request will be received at this address for processing, and you will receive an answer from the department responsible for Personal Data Processing and Protection.

You may also withdraw your consent free of charge at any moment. To exercise your rights, you are required to submit your request via email, along with a copy of your official ID document, including the contact information that will help us identify you, such as full name, phone number, email address, and physical address. Your request shall clearly indicate your preferred means of communication – i.e. regular mail or email.

To protect your personal information and to be able to quickly enforce your rights, you shall be required:

I) For Access, to provide a clear explanation of what personal information you wish to know;

II) For Rectification, to provide details of what information you wish to correct. You may be required to submit the specific document that clearly shows your reasons for Rectification;

III) For Cancelation, to provide details of what information you wish to have canceled, asking for the interruption of your information processing; and,

IV) For Opposition, to provide details of the reasons why you oppose the processing of your information.

For all the assumptions listed above, you are advised to provide us with any other additional information that may help us locate the requested information.

Once your request has been received and confirmed via acknowledgment of receipt, which shall be sent to the email address you have provided, you will receive an answer to your request as late as twenty (20) days after your request was received. If an email address was indicated while providing or collecting your personal information, the answer may be sent to any such email address if so requested. If not possible or feasible, you shall be required to show up at the physical address listed in the Privacy Notice with your original ID document. This is for security reasons and to protect your personal information.

Should your request be accepted, MXM is committed to complying with your request as late as fifteen (15) business days after you have received an answer to your request.

If you do not have an email address, you may submit your request, duly signed, via standard mail or certified email at MXM address. Your request must be addressed to the department responsible for Personal Data Processing and Protection. In this case, the same procedure shall apply, and any and all applicable communications will be sent to and received at your physical address. You may be required, however, to show up at MXM address with your official ID document to confirm your identity and protect your information so as to receive an answer to your request and take any and all actions that are deemed necessary.

MXM reserves the right to extend the aforementioned terms on a one-time basis. Such extensions shall operate for the same duration, provided that the particular circumstances of the case call for the application of any such extensions. This situation shall be communicated and informed using the same contact channels.

This Privacy Notice may be subject to revisions, amendments, changes and/or updates resulting from the introduction of new legal requirements as well as changes in our own particular needs and/or privacy practices.
